  • It is the client’s responsibility to prepare the work area before our arrival by following the instructions on the Preparation tab.
  • Neighbours should be given sufficient notice about the works being done due to the level of noise caused by machinery/tools.
  • Client to provide 240V power.
  • Hit The Tiles will not be held liable for any damage to items left in or near the work area. Any items that need to be removed to carry out the work will incur an additional labour cost.
  • Chipping floor/wall tiles can cause minor damages to skirting, render, walls, cupboards, cornices or anything in the work area, although every step is taken to prevent this from happening, sometimes it is unavoidable. Hit The Tiles will not be held liable for the cost of any repairs caused by these damages.
  • Hit The tiles will not be held liable for any damages caused by inadequate or deficient sub floor/pad, slab, render or damage caused from vibrations to the client’s property or any adjoining properties.
  • Additional costs may be added to the original quote if multiple layers of tiles are found after work has commenced.
  • Cancellations/Re-scheduling must be made at least 96 hours before the scheduled start of a job to ensure no additional costs are charge to the client.
  • Hit The Tiles uses dust sheets to protect pathways to and from the work area. Any additional protection needed will be the responsibility of the client. This must be done before work commences.
  • Full payment is required when work is complete.
  • If full payment is not made on completion of work, the client will be liable for any costs incurred by Hit The Tiles for recovering outstanding monies.
